Question: How long will it take?
Answer:

All work is performed on a first-come, first-served basis (with the exception of our emergency or rush service). Most on-site business appointments are completed within an one to two hours, though some may take longer depending on the severity of the issue or how many things you would like done.
Office diagnostics takes approximately 1 business day and most repairs are complete within 2 to 4 business days thereafter. It could be much faster or slower depending on circumstances, so once we have diagnosed the issue and discussed your repair options,  we are able to give you a much better estimate.

Question: What is your service area?
Answer:

We provide service in Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody. We also service Burnaby, Anmore, Belcarra, Pitt Meadows, and New Westminster for a small travel charge.

Question: What methods of payment do you accept?
Answer: We accept cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, or Company cheque. Sorry, we do not accept personal cheques.

Question: Can I reschedule my appointment?
Answer: Absolutely! However, please give us 24 hours notice to avoid a reschedule fee.

Question: Do you guarantee your work?
Answer: Absolutely! At ClickRight Computer Solutions we want our clients to be super pleased — in fact, absolutely delighted with everything we do. Therefore, all of our work and new parts come with our ironclad, risk-free guarantee. What does that mean? Simply this: If you aren’t happy with our work, contact us within 90 days, and we’ll do it over for free. If you’re still not thrilled you can have your money back. No questions asked. No hard feelings. It’s your choice. We stand behind our work 100%. If you ever have any questions or concerns about our work, please contact us right away.

Question: Should I get a service call or bring it in?
Answer:

If you’re in a rush then it’s usually best to book a service call. If you’re not in a rush or if price is of concern, it may be best to bring it into our office for flat-rate service. If you’re not sure you can always call us and we can advise what your best option is.
