Question: How long will it take?
Answer:
Most appointments are scheduled for the same day. Although it’s impossible to say how long it will take to repair your computer, most on-site appointments are completed within an hour or two.
Question: What is your service area?
Answer:
We service the Tri-Cities: Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, and surrounding area. We also service Anmore, Belcara, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge, and Burnaby for a travel charge equivalent to one-half hour of labour.
Question: Do you give estimates?
Answer:
Yes, once we’ve looked at your computer and performed a thorough check over of it, we will provide you with an estimate for the necessary repairs. We will let you know what the problem is, how we plan to solve it, and how long it will take.
Question: Do you have a storefront?
Answer:
Being an on-site business, we do not have a storefront. However, we do have an office (See the contact page for hours & address.) This office serves as a place where you can drop-off your computer, order a custom computer, or even stop by for a quick question.

Monday – Friday: 8:30AM to 8PM
Saturday: 9AM to 5PM

Absoutely! but please give us 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation charge for on-site appointments.
