Question: How long will it take?

Answer:

Most on-site appointments are scheduled for the same or next day, depending on the time of your call. Although it’s impossible to say how long it will take to repair your computer, most on-site appointments are completed within one to two hours. Most in-shop repairs are completed within 1 to 3 business days.

Question: What is your service area?

Answer:

We service the Tri-Cities: Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, and surrounding area. We also service Anmore, Belcara, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge, and Burnaby for a small travel charge.

Question: Do you give estimates?

Answer:

Yes, once we’ve looked at your computer and performed a thorough check over of it, we will provide you with an estimate for the necessary repairs. We will let you know what the problem is, how we plan to solve it, and how long it will take.

Question: How can I pay?

Answer:

We accept: Cash, Visa, Master Card, or Company cheques.

Answer:

Please check our Contact Us page for regular & holiday hours, special notices and other pertinent contact information. Otherwise, our hours aren’t set in stone and we offer an emergency service where we will come out at any hour to repair your computer. Please call us at 604-616-9742 if you have a computer emergency.

Note: Please leave a message outside of our regular hours as messages will be checked outside of these hours. If you have an urgent request we will return your call ASAP.

Question: Can I reschedule my appointment?

Answer:

Absolutely! However, please give us 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation / reschedule charge for on-site appointments.

Question: Do you guarantee your work?

Answer:

Absolutely. At ClickRight Computer Solutions we want our clients to be super pleased — in fact, absolutely delighted with everything we do. Therefore, all of our work and new parts come with our ironclad, risk-free guarantee. What does that mean? Simply this: If you aren’t happy with our work, contact us within 90 days, and we’ll do it over for free. If you’re still not thrilled you can have your money back. No questions asked.
